Within the deadlines established above, you must contact our team, via email (denise@denisegerassi.com.br), telephone or Whats App (11-99603-0626) communicating your request, stating the reason of the exchange or return, the invoice number and contact information.
We will send you a postage authorization. You must take the product to a post office, with the authorization of postage.
The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice and all its accessories.< br/>
All products received at our Distribution Center will be analyzed to verify the defect informed by the customer. They will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found or if one of the conditions described has been breached.
We reserve the right not to comply with the obligation to cancel or repair any product that clearly presents signs from misuse.
The exchange depends on availability in stock. If there is no product, you can choose another one of the same value or get a credit of the value at Denise Gerassi Bolsas.
