Yes. All products are manufactured 100% in pirarucu fish leather and/or bovine leather. Both leathers are by-products of the food industry. The pirarucu skins are purchased in accordance with all standards and controls established by IBAMA.
Yes. You will have up to 7 calendar days after receipt to make the return free of charge.
All deliveries are made via post office. You can opt for SEDEX services (usually faster) or PAC (slightly longer delivery time, but lower cost).
Yes. On purchases over R$ 600.00 reais, PAC shipping is free. You will be able to select the free shipping option in a few steps ahead, on the checkout page, where you will put your personal data, such as name and address.
Yes. Based on the Consumer Protection Code, we offer a 90-day warranty for manufacturing defects counting from the day after receipt. The defective product must be collected and will undergo an analysis by the quality control, which will carry out the repair or release the replacement in case of no repair. The warranty does not cover damage to the product from natural wear and tear, misuse and/or poor conservation.
Yes. Requests must be made within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt of the product. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.
Within the deadlines established above, you must contact our team, via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), telephone or Whats App (11-99603-0626) communicating your request, stating the reason of the exchange or return, the invoice number and contact information.
We will send you a postage authorization. You must take the product to a post office, with the authorization of postage.
The product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by an invoice and all its accessories.< br/>
All products received at our Distribution Center will be analyzed to verify the defect informed by the customer. They will be sent back to the customer whenever no defect is found or if one of the conditions described has been breached.
We reserve the right not to comply with the obligation to cancel or repair any product that clearly presents signs from misuse.
The exchange depends on availability in stock. If there is no product, you can choose another one of the same value or get a credit of the value at Denise Gerassi Bolsas.
We will return through the same channel in which the purchase was made. For example, return the amount directly on your credit card bill, bank transfer in case of payment by bank slip, or even PIX, for purchases made via PIX .

It is important that you always check your merchandise upon delivery by mail.
In any of the following cases, refuse the product:
- Open or damaged packaging;
- Damaged product ;
- Product not in accordance with the order;
- Lack of accessories.
If you still receive the product, please contact our Customer Service Center , via email, within 72 hours (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Shipping expenses will be refunded in cases of withdrawal, exchange for dissatisfaction and replacement for product defect, and if all conditions of this Exchange Policy, cumulatively, are fulfilled.
