Yes, Denise Gerassi is at Expo Dubai. We brought pirarucu, the knowledge of fishing and handling developed by Amazonian riverside communities, handcrafted work combined with modern and timeless design and, above all, the brand’s sustainability principles.
You know that feeling of being in the right place at exactly the right time? That is how we feel as one of Brazil’s representatives at one of the major events of the moment.

The event brings together 191 countries in 200 pavilions, in a major exhibition of architecture and technological innovation organized around three motivating pillars: mobility, opportunity and sustainability.
The Brazilian pavilion was installed in a large white cube immersed in the concept of sustainability — an ideal place for us to present our brand and purpose. There, we show Denise Gerassi and our products through those three principles across the stages of production. Mobility appears in creative, innovative and functional ideas. Opportunity appears in the work generated for communities involved in the production process and in the exchange of knowledge between individuals and cooperatives. Sustainability is present not only in the use of fish leather that would otherwise be discarded and in lining fabrics made from recycled cotton and fibers produced from PET bottles, but as a principle that connects people directly with the environment.

Here we are: Brazil and Denise Gerassi.
When we prepared our bags for Dubai, we understood the responsibility of representing Brazil with sustainable products developed from pirarucu leather — one of the important resources connected to Amazonian waters and a central inspiration for the way we approach business and international relationships. It is strongly aligned with the event’s slogan, “Connecting Minds, Creating the Future.”

We also carried the joy of presenting authentic, timeless design through each DG bag and accessory, developed with fine materials and genuinely made in Brazil.
For those planning to visit Dubai during the event, we will be happy to welcome you there. For everyone staying closer to home, we also have new Brazilian releases created with the same care, craftsmanship and focus on sustainability.
